AFTAB NURSING HOME & Diagnostic Centre is a multi-specialty healthcare facility located in Dalkhola, Uttar Dinajpur, operating under the non-profit AL-SHIFA MEDICARE TRUST. The center is dedicated to providing quality medical services at a very low cost, especially to the underprivileged sections of society.

Services include all types of diagnostic tests—blood, stool, urine, USG, and X-Ray—along with a wide range of surgical and clinical treatments such as gallbladder stones, kidney stones, appendix, hernia, piles, fistula, tumors, circumcision, bone and joint pain, dental problems, cesarean and normal deliveries.

Special initiatives include free check-ups and medicine distribution every Friday, and Physiotherapy & Hijama therapy every Sunday. The center also operates a 24-hour emergency service, ensuring timely care for critical cases.
